You will have the ability to arrive to the event site 1 hour prior to the event to set up. Each vendor will have 1 rectangular table and 2 chairs. Please let us know if you require placement near an outlet. There will be 2 designated 15-minute vendor breaks as well as a short period during the dinner break, where attendees will have the opportunity to round with and speak to each of the vendors.
