Position Description

Join us as an LPN at a Children's Crisis Stabilization Center in Windsor, VA. This evening position involves working in a supportive and engaging environment with children facing mental health crises.

About the Opportunity:

Shift: Evening
Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
Hours: 1pm to 11pm
Setting: Pediatric Residential

Responsibilities:

The LPN will be responsible for:

Assisting with medication administration and assessments
Implementing and maintaining Individual Service Plans
Conducting physical and mental assessments
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring consumer safety
Engaging in activities such as playing, cooking, and coloring with children

Qualifications:

LPN license in Virginia or Nurse Licensure Compact State
Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
Experience with patient assessment and medication administration
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team

Desired Skills:

1+ years experience
Experience with electronic medical records
Proficiency in behavioral assessment
Strong problem-solving skills
